This is the 2nd part of our ongoing series of posts about the Best Female MMA Fighters in the World this time. Again, these lists are not based in any kind of order. The Female MMA Fighters that we have listed just have an extra ordinary record that is why they are included on this list.
Miesha Tate
Tate is the former UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion and is known for her superb grappling ability. She is currently fighting in the Bantamweight Division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) with a record of 18 wins and 6 losses. Being a master of both wrestling and Brazilian ju-jitsu, Tate really is a very tough opponent to be. That is the reason why her past opponents did have a tough time fighting with Tate in the octagon. She is fighting together with his team Xtreme Couture.
Amanda Nunes
It is impossible not to include the current UFC Bantamweight Champion on this list that we have. Yes, Nunes is the Brazilian MMA Fighter who is currently the Bantamweight Champion of the world in the Women’s Division of UFC. It is not surprising because she is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and a brown belt in Judo. Being a master on all these skills is really something and you will not be considered as a normal human being anymore. On all 17 fights of Nunes, 13 of which are wins and only 4 are losses.
Ronda Rousey
Who doesn’t know Ronda Rousey? She is the very famous Female UFC fighter who once joined Silvester Stallone in the “The Expendables 3” movie. Rousey is a 29 year old MMA fighter, judoka and actor. She is the former UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion that became famous because of the twelve consecutive fights that she won before she was defeated by Holly Holm. She was a master in Judo and in fact, she is a 4th degree black belt on it. Rousey has a current record of 12 wins and only one loss since she became active in MMA in 2011.
Joanna Jędrzejczyk
Being an undefeated MMA fighter is really something and that’s what Jędrzejczyk’s place right now. She has a 12-0 record on her professional MMA career. The last person who had this record is Rousey before being defeated by Holms. Being on the spot like Rousey before really makes Jędrzejczyk much careful with her next fight as she didn’t want to experience what Rousey had. Jędrzejczyk has three fighting styles: Muay Thai, Boxing and Kickboxing. She is active in MMA since 2012 and currently fighting in the Women’s Strawweight Division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC).
Cristiane Justino
Justino is widely known as the “Cyborg” because of her very strong fighting style inside the octagon. The 31 year old Brazilian MMA fighter currently holds the Invicta FC World Featherweight Champion Title belt and is currently signed with the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Justino has an incredible record of 16 wins, 1 loss and 1 no contest. The 14 of her 16 wins are from knockouts. A very impressive record right? Even if we haven’t seen one of her fights yet, we can already infer how strong Justino is.
